When a farmer friend offered us some of their surplus kumquats we couldn’t resist the opportunity to turn this much loved fruit into pure gold. This amber beauty delights the senses with a marmalade sweetness balanced by a slight citrus tang. 

The kumquats are perforated by hand and steeped for months to extract the richest flavours producing this sophisticated small batch liqueur.
